Cancellation Policy

Each party has the ability to cancel at any time. The fee schedule will be determined on when the cancellation occurs in relationship to the reservation dates. Any reservation can be canceled 24 hours or more prior to the rental start time in local time (LST) for a full refund less applicable Service Fees. Cancellations within 24 hours before the start of a rental in local time (LST) are non-refundable. Extenuating Circumstances If a cancellation must be made outside the above time frames, 100 Pro Boats will consider exceptions provided certain extenuating circumstances are shown. For the following extenuating circumstances, the Renter will receive a 100% refund less applicable Service Fees. Some examples of acceptable extenuating circumstances: A booking is within 150 miles of a named or numbered storm. Safety related cancellations stemming from the event of lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, or heavy wind within eight (8) hours of the time the of the scheduled rental. Death in the family Natural disaster Political Unrest


  • Pick up Location: 908 NE 20th Ave, Ft Lauderdale FL 33304

  • Late return There will not be a late return fee for the first 15 minutes. After this renter has to pay a late fee $40 per hour started.

  • Tank refill the comes with a full tank of or a certain level of gas Please Return it refueled. If we have to refill the Tank we have to charge the used fuel plus a $50 service charge.

  • Gas stations are available on your way back to the dock.

  • Deposit $500 will be charged on your Credit Card on file before your rental or at pick up it will be released latest 48 hrs after your rental return if there are no damages fuel or overtime charges or more.
    Not applicable if you rented through Boatsetter, Sailo, or GetmyBoat. They charged you and hold your deposit.

  • Follow all US Coast Guard rules and regulations.

  • Max. 2 Miles offshore.

  • Minimum Age 21.

License and Qualification Florida Boater Safety Course.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, to successfully complete an approved boater safety course in order to legally operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater. Out of State or International Licenses accepted.
